'Rescue the Reactive Dog' Talk
Understand reactive behaviours and learn how to ease your dog's reactivity struggles.
About This Course
Do you have a reactive dog? Are walks becoming stressful? Is your dog’s behaviour getting worse over time? You’re not alone—and we’re here to help. 💛 Living with a reactive dog can be heartbreaking. You might feel anxious every time you step outside, constantly on edge, or even judged by others who don’t understand what you’re going through. It’s confusing, exhausting, and often really lonely. But you are not a bad owner—and your dog is not a bad dog. Reactivity is a sign that your dog is struggling, not misbehaving. With the right knowledge and support, things can change—and they do change. Understanding what’s behind your dog’s reactions is the first step to helping them feel safer, more secure, and less overwhelmed—and giving you the confidence and calm to enjoy life together again. Join us for our ‘Rescue the Reactive Dog’ talk and discover how to better understand and support your dog through their reactivity. In this session, you’ll learn: ✨ How reactivity develops—and why your dog is reacting ✨ Why reactivity tends to get worse without the right support ✨ The importance of management and how to keep your dog (and you) safe during training ✨ How to plan walks that reduce stress, not add to it ✨ All about your dog’s emotional “stress bucket” and how to keep it from overflowing 🛑 Please note: This is a human-only session. Dogs should not be brought along, as this session is designed for owners to focus, learn, and ask questions freely. What’s included: 🐾 A detailed talk with an easy-to-follow presentation 🐾 Q&A session with a qualified trainer 🐾 Light refreshments 🐾 Reactive Dog Rescue Pack – filled with helpful tips, handouts, and sample products to support your journey
